Receive thousands of dollars at closing when you buy a new or an existing house, or other real estate properties through me. If the listing agent or new home builder is willing to pay a sales commission* on the property you’re buying, then I will give you a rebate of up to 1.5% of the total sales price at closing.

How the Program Works

Obtain a rebate of up to 1.5% of the purchase price of your house. Please review and be in agreement with these rebate conditions prior to proceeding.

1. Call or email me and provide the basic information about what you want in a home.

2. I will provide you with information on available properties that meet your criteria.

3. I will send you e-mail alerts immediately when a new listing meets your criteria.

4. Drive by the properties that you find interesting. If a real estate agent is at the property, you must tell them that Anthony Nguyen with Lege Properties is your buyer realtor the first time you meet with them or they may not provide the 3% co-op.

5. Select the properties you want to see inside and contact me.

6. I will make the appointments and show you the interior of the home.

7. I'll help you determine the appropriate values for your offer.

8. I'll make the offer/negotiate on your behalf and manage the process to closing (escrow, pest control, title, home inspection, loan process, closing)

9. You get the rebate* at funding.

NOTE: This offer is also available for NEW construction houses that offer rebates to realtors. Make sure you tell them that Anthony Nguyen with Lege Properties is your buyer realtor the first time you meet with them or they may not provide the 3% co-op.

These are ways that I can SAVE you money:

• New Home Builder or Pre-owned Homes Under $200,000 - you will receive 1%* rebate of sale price.

• Between $200,000 - $400,000 - you will receive 1.25%* rebate of the sale price. 

• Above $400,000 - you will receive 1.50%* rebate of the sale price.

Example: If you purchased a house for $400,000, I'll give you a rebate of $6,000 when the transaction is funded.

*In order to qualify for a rebate from me, when visiting open houses, new housing tracks or calling other brokers, you should always mention that you are represented by Anthony Nguyen with Lege Properties. The rebate described on this website is based on a standard 6% agency fee agreement. To the extent the agency fee agreement is less than 6%, the rebate will be adjusted proportionately, subject to 1.5% minimum commission to me.
