Why pay the traditional 6% commission to sell your house? Depending on the complexity of the transaction and the price of the property, my commission fees* may range from 1.5% to 2% (plus an additional 3% that goes to the buyer's agent).
This is a Full Service listing similar to that being offered by most realtors, except I can keep more money in your pocket. I will provide you with a CMA, pricing recommendation, real estate forms and disclosures, take pictures of your property, list your house in the Houston MLS, show your property, handle contract negotiations, and take the transaction to closing.
